FED UP WITH LIFE??????

To be fed up with life is a serious problem
that many people experience every day. It is
very easy to feel down and negative especially
in this stressful economy. Everything seems
hard and beyond your reach and then you
give up and say ‘I am fed up with life’.
Being fed up with life is an indication that you
are experiencing some kind of excessive
anxiety, stress, worry, anger, or depression
and you feel life is not worth living. There are
many causes for being fed up:

Financial Difficulties and lack of money

Relationship problems and loneliness

Marriage problems and family issues

Dealing with some type of health problems

Problems at work

Lack of confidence

Low self esteem

Increased responsibilities

Fear of the future and uncertainty

Unemployment
There are always issues that can kill your
spirit and enthusiasm. It is always easy to give
up saying ‘I am fed up with my life’. This only
brings negative energy that will destroy you.
So make decision to change and stop being
fed up with your life by following the quick
tips below:
1. Be Positive and Confident
By changing your mental attitude and
changing your focus from being negative to
something bright and positive will make a big
difference. There is nothing drastic that you
can’t change by shifting your focus. Stop
seeing the negative side of everything but
look for the positive things in life. Even in the
worst situation there are many things in your
life that you can be grateful and be proud of.
Think about the positive things and celebrate
the good things you have in your life like your
health, your abilities, family, friends and so on.
2. Hope for the best
Your expectation plays an important role not
only in determining your success and
reaching your goals, but also in controlling
anxiety and depression. Do you always expect
the worse out of the situations or you expect
the positive? You need to work on developing
a positive mentality and you can achieve this
by reprogramming your subconscious mind
with positive expectations.
As you probably know that the subconscious
mind gets programmed by repetition so the
more you repeat positive statements to
yourself and really feel the meaning, with
constant practice, you will begin to expect the
positive out of all situations.
3. Express your emotions
Many people try to suppress their emotions
when they feel anxious, worried, stressed, or
depressed, however, the problem is that
suppressing such feelings and emotions will
lead to extreme depression and health
problems according to various studies.
Expressing your emotions doesn’t mean you
have to keep dwelling on your negative
thoughts 24 hours a day. What it means is for
you to release your anger and the held up
emotions within you. Take 10 to 15 minutes
every day and think about whatever you want
that is causing you grief, then shift your focus
to what you truly want to achieve in life.
4. Surround yourself with positive people
Surrounding yourself with people who lift
your spirit up like your family and friends is
crucial if you feel that you are fed up with life.
You can learn a lot from others experiences.
Celebrate other people success and
achievements. Join their party and forget
about your little problems.
Be with people who support and encourage
you. They can for sure help you see the light.
When you feel fed up of life do not be lonely
or close yourself in a room. Come out and be
with people or take walk around gardens or
country side.
5. Meditate and pray
Make meditation part of your daily life as it is
a great source of clearing your mind and
reducing the negative thoughts you are
experiencing especially if you are fed up with
life.
Meditate and you will find that you are able to
control your emotions and negative feelings
better. When your mind is clear and serene,
you begin to feel a great sense of relief. If you
are a religious person go to the Church,
Temple or Mosque. The best form of prayer is
being grateful and expressing your gratitude
to your God. True gratitude can heal all
emotional hurts or pain.
6. Focus on solutions and not problems
There is no point in dwelling on the problems.
If you want to take charge of your current
situation, you need to start focusing on
solutions that will help you get out of your
dilemma and problems. There is always a way
out or light at the end of the tunnel. You are
never alone and you can achieve whatever
you want. Have that faith and determination.
7. Build your self-confidence
Lack of confidence is one of the major factors
that make people fed up with life and
depressed. If you suffer from lack of
confidence in one area of your life, then start
making plans to improve your skills in those
areas.
Once you start gaining the confidence in the
new skills that you learn your confidence in
yourself and in your abilities will increase. You
can overcome being fed up by following the
simple steps above. Never focus on the
negative side of life but see the brighter side
in everything. Be sure that the cloud will move
away and the Sun will shine on you. There are
more sunny days than there are cloudy and
rainy days. Things may be dark now but the
sunshine is not far away.

SHE GAVE HIM

She gave him all that she had
She gave him her soul, her mind and all
her strength at hand
Now situations have became harder
and harder
And to make it worse hatred is
screaming louder and louder
And then she said love no longer exist
Betrayal was no longer at ease – that
was one thing she could never resist
She gave him her body but later she
was misunderstood
She gave him kisses and hugs coz in
the hood he was the only boy good
She was mistreated
“I LOVE YOU DARLING” she was
misquoted
Love is all fallacy, he interpreted
Picnics became memories
He got rid of her like as if she was
calories
Love was breaking loose
Her life afterwards was to face a
hangman’s noose
She gave him all that she have
And that was the better part of her love
She was misled
Wrote ‘I LOVE YOU’ on the wall but it
was misread
Her love life was turning upside down
She was closer to the throne
But now she’s far from the crown
And has learnt a lesson, not every
chocolate is brown
She gave him part of her future
Knowing that her life afterwards will
forever be sweeter
Situations are now bitter
And nothing is absolutely better
She feels like as if she has wasted part
of her life
Like as if her heart is being stabbed by
a double edged knife
Moment of silence, she remembered
the better part of their past
Love was translated to lust
Betrayal will always run fast
She knelt down and chanted a prayer,
GOD will always come first

BE COMPETENT

Good habits are what
will take you from CAPABLE to COMPETENT. The
way you finish that driving test and obtain a
driving license you are declared QUALIFIED.
However, QUALIFICATION and PROFICIENCY are
worlds apart.
You may have all the knowledge it takes to
get the job done, but after qualification you
have to be subjected to the an environment
where you learn to habitually do the right
thing with ease and speed. That’s why there
are attachments, internships, apprenticeships
and trainee-ships.
What’s the difference between mere players
and champions? Champions don’t do
extraordinary things. They do ordinary things,
but because of highly refined good habits,
they do them without thinking, too fast for
the competitors to react.
Whichever area you want to be proficient in,
habit is the key! Develop a highly refined
routine and you will be on your way to
unquestionable mastery!
